IL COLLEGIO ARMENO MOORAT RAPHAEL IN VENICE
VENICE IS A DIFFICULT CITY TO NAVIGATE. Equipment must be loaded from trains, buses and cars on the mainland to boats and ferries to cross the waters of the canals. Many deliveries must be made on foot over the endless ponti and through the narrow vicoli. The photo team met with all these obstacles and more in the production of the Goddess shoot for Bond Issue Zero.
Bond's Andrea Anedda scouted endless locations to find the perfect setting at the Collegio Armeno Moorat Raphael, a gorgeous Renaissance villa with its affrescos intact and numerous rooms in which to shoot. Anedda coordinated all the production from the photographers and models to the caterers and boatmen.

While location, as they say, is everything, it is equally so to have a top-notch team of fashion professionals on hand, with a passion for making a beautiful pictures. Milan-based hair stylist Roberto Pagnini and makeup artist Topolino along with stylist Erika Costa created amazing looks for all four of the models.

Internationally acclaimed fashion photographer Nadir says, "It is the light in Venice that is so special, il chiaroscuro". Light and shadow play a significant role in the mood of the Goddess spread, giving it an otherworldly quality. BOND
