SOMETHING BLUE
Maida & Josh chose Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma, California, for it's contemporary architecture and sweeping Topher Delaney designed gardens. During the ceremony, guests decorated small blue balls with advice and good wishes, later turning a tree into the "guestbook."
Cocktail hour was in the rustic barn; dinner followed under a beautiful up-lit tent. The tables were dressed in crisp floor length white linens and simple clear glass vases were filled with deep red and plum flowers. Books were stacked on the table and screen printed with the table names (both the bride and groom were teachers). After dinner, cupcakes were suspended from the ceiling while guests enjoyed Ben & Jerry's mini ice cream cones. After a send-off with sparklers, the bride and groom wove goodbye from a vintage baby blue convertible.
